We had great news this month, MO has been selected to demonstrate it’s FinTech and RegTech features and benefits at the world's largest FinTech Expo Finovate in London February 7th – 8th 2017.
The feedback given was MO’s professional performance benchmarking features, which incorporate gamification are unique in their approach. What we have designed is effectively a digital performance diagnostic and dashboard platform that incorporates our 5-year research into good practice across 5 keys we have found are essential to building a regulatory compliant, client-centric and sustainable professional service firm.
Once each key’s assessment statements are answered MO’s dial charts show where the firm sits against our industry benchmark and how the firm could score in one year if MO’s dynamic steers are enacted upon.
Once all the key’s statements have been answered MO’s scoreboard provides a holistic radar chart to indicate how the firm scores against all the 5 keys, the industry benchmark and again how they could look in one year if scores are improved.
MO also provides two strategic plans representing the scores across the 5 keys and also provides resources on improving scores via regulatory, business and people development steers and strategies.
MO’s statements also supply ‘pop up’ statements to explain and provide resources for the more technical statements.
We believe MO will provide more insight into (what we call) Constructive Compliance and business development strategies to continue to provide firms with context and support along their professional development journey.
